What Does It Cost To Use John Hopkins Property?
John Hopkins Property does not charge consultation fees for establishing a particular Financial Strategy with regard to a property investment portfolio. Depending on the nature of the property you purchase, there may be no fee payable for the use of their services. They make their income in one of two ways:
No fee paid by the purchaser
When selecting properties for clients, they will negotiate favourable terms and conditions (including an appropriate purchase price) which most likely, individuals would not be able to negotiate for themselves. The payment of their fees is included as part of the price of the property, therefore there is no payment of any fees by clients to them.
100Percent Investing will receive a Referral Fee directly from John Hopkins Property.
Payment of a property search fee
They negotiate special terms and conditions for clients who engage them to search the market and purchase individual properties (whether houses, townhouses, apartments, and commercial or special-use properties), and do charge a fee for this specialised service.
